Applying for Nursing Continuing Professional Development Contact Hours

This learning activity is intended to assist the participant in planning nursing continuing professional development programs by completing the Individual Activity planning form to offer contact hours to their nursing groups.

After participating in this activity, the participant will be able to:

• Complete an application for nursing continuing professional development contact hours
• Evaluate the outcomes of their learning activities
